Lawrence, that's usually the case because the other person has set
their
NetMeeting to not play back the video automatically. They may have
to turn
on the reception of your video. They can do that by right-clicking
into the
area where your video picture is supposed to be, and unchecking
"Pause". In
my experience that usually solves the "problem".
