I am not exactly sure what you mean when you say the "Microsoft Internet
Directory" but http://www.meetingbywire.com/HyperlinkstoNetMeeting.htm has
hyperlink strategies -- most of them will allow you to use various address
forms -- one of which is "ilsname/email" type address.
