Messenger is completely unrelated to NetMeeting ( other than the mechanism
to initiate NM calls).

The cnf file functionality does not tie into Messenger in any way that I am
aware of -- the elements of the "Microsoft Internet Directory" in NM that
refer to ILS functionality ( like "logon.netmeeting.microsoft.com)") are
vestigial and non functional.

As far as I know, you can't do what you want unfortunately -- by kludging
the stuff shown on various Microsoft/MSN web pages you might be able to get
the user's buddy list to shown on a web page ( there is no SDK or documents
for Messenger at this point that I know of) but unless you are already on
their list I don't think you will be able to direct calls to you.
