I Don't know if this is your problem, and I am not sure about the video
part, but I know if I call someone using Netmeeting 2.11 (I am using
Netmeeting 3.1), we will not hook up with audio, however if they call me, we
do not have audio.  I can't remember, but I think if they invite you to talk
to them via Messenger, your computer calls them.  You may want to confirm
that you are using the same version of Netmeeting.  With Netmeeting open
click on Help and then about.
