If the other end does not receive audio/video ( and you do) the most likely
cause is that they are behind a NAT router or firewall --- this is common
with DSL service as the provider often provides a NAT router as a 'modem'.

All parties should try the test at
http://www.ecollaboration.net/developer/test.asp to see if it provides any
information.
