it seems the problem is solved.
I have uninstalled Netmeeting 3.0 and Installed it again ran all the
wizards, and it seems to work properly.
My suspicion now goes to the fact, that before ver.30 I had installed the
old NM1.1 included in win95 and
overwritten the existing files when installing vers.3.0, that might have
caused the Mic.problems I had.
