What operating system are you running? What camera do you have? Win95 and
USB cameras are not a good mix.
The most likely cause of this type of problem ( assuming you have the latest
NM -- SR2 - 3.01 4.4.3396 was released in the last week) is either capture
card/camera drivers or sound drivers ( and to a lesser extent graphics card
drivers) -- do you have the latest available for your devices?
If you have the latest drivers -- the only thing I can suggest is to try to
isolate the problem by selectively turning off camera, then sound while in a
call to see if avoid either solves the problem. Sometimes lowering graphics
or sound card hardware acceleration sliders ( in multimedia or system
applets of control panel) will solve these kind of problem.
