Where you obtain the drivers depends on the maker of the devices - I don't
know the TIME USB camera ( who supplied the PC ? -- they should know the
support website for the manufacturer of the camera) - you may have to poke
around to find download locations ( if they exist) unless the devices are
from known suppliers ( like Logitech, Creative or ...). The new drivers
should be supplied with installation instructions -- generally it is a
simple installation followed by a reboot but the process depends on the
supplier.
