The problem with forcing a particular codec is that the chosen codec may not
work well with the other party - and as no negotiation is now involved the
audio may not be optimum.
The bandwidth setting ( a more appropriate way to choose the audio codec in
my opinion since it allows the negotiation of a different lower quality --
higher compression codec during call initiation) is available as a button on
the Tools- > options General tab.
