I had a similar problem and discovered that there were two "Netmeeting"
folders on the hard drive, (probably a partial install gone wrong) I then
tried running the "conf.exe" programme in each folder and discovered that
one worked OK while the other caused the error. I think I uninstalled and
deleted both programmes and then reloaded NM which then worked fine........
