Yes. However Mark found that tab rearrangement generates additional
GTK errors, so he disabled it.

It's not as good as it should be. There's a need to address those GTK
errors with tabs and some memory leaks in Mark's partially commented
code (gtk_tabs.c -> malloc for string buffer).
