No, no, no, no. If somebody wants to port NetSurf to an OS and they want resizable and/or multiple windows, they get to write a proper front end, not produce some hacky frame buffer port. End of story. Throwing such functionality into the frame buffer front end defeats its purpose. It is not difficult to write a proper front end. B.
