But i guess RiscOS have also SDL so a SDL Port is too easy possible ?

I think with enhanced SDL Port, Netsurf can be a easy everywhere browser
because no handy or Pocket device is able to run Cairo, Pango and GTK+.

Also there is no other browser that is so easy portable as the Netsurf SDL
Version.
