Can you use any of the 'letter templates' available on the FOSSCOMM wiki
and write to NIC and the Supreme Court (both email and snail mail). If
you can share this with FOSSCOMM and give a review time, you could then
send on behalf of FOSSCOMM as well.
As I mentioned in my previous mail, if we can write to the concerned
authorities every time we notice such aberrations, it would put them on
guard the next time, even if it does not resolve the current issue.
Writing such letters is a core FOSSCOMM activity and it brings about
much higher awareness of FOSS in mainstream systems at a minimal cost of
mailing/snail mailing :-)
