In my opinion, these issues can only be solved through enactment of a legislation - and only then can the notoriety of intentions of these *consultancy organisations* be checked effectively. For instance, in the case of IKM, when a left organisation's leaders themselves step in to promote such dubious causes, it would be extremely difficult for left activists at lower formations to counter it - and more so in a cadre based setup.
