For what it's worth, that's completely counter to both the CLIP ARC
opinion and the new CLIP companion document.  Enhancing one command
out of a family of related commands is a bad idea because it promotes
user confusion.  Reasonable users will ask why we did this here, but
didn't bother to update netstat as well, and why netstat has a handy
"-v" flag but this command does not.

I'm not saying that it's not a useful feature -- I think it is, and I
think it helps a lot with producing stable output -- but the usability
concerns themselves don't necessarily support piecemeal improvements.
