This does not necessarily preclude us from shooting it. At worst, we can
begin an EOL process for it. However, if there is evidence that it's just
generally toxic (and in this case, there seems to be), and no one can find
any applications depending on it, then I suspect the ARC will agree to a
more abrupt termination.
FWIW, I'm in favour of shooting it too.
