That's not part of Solaris, as far as I know.  It's Masayuki
Murayama's, which means that if you're having trouble with it, I'd
suggest contacting him as well.

That's from the driver, which isn't from Sun.  You'll need to contact
the driver author to find out what (if anything) it means, and what
you can do about it.

That sure looks like a more serious problem to me.  A timeout on
autonegotiation would likely mean a broken cable or a bug-ridden peer.
