I guess it depends.  In the scenario Jim wrote, there can be
many machines using LLA and some of them "may be" OK.  And
using the ssh service to find "the" one which is in trouble
probably means that the admin needs to log in all of them
one by one.

Maybe.  I think we need to take a closer look on this if
we really want to make it work in debugging.
