So we are not seeing a lot of pro IPv4 LLA arguments.  I think it is
important that those arguments be given as much light as possible.

http://www.zeroconf.org/ contains a lot of documentation about the
protocols behind bonjour, IPv4 LLA, and related topics.

Speicially http://www.zeroconf.org/QDIPv4LL.html gives an argument for
how easy it is to implement IPv4 LLA (I think they overstate how easy
it is by missing the issues that have to dealt with in mixed networks or
during transition) and what some of its uses are.
