Unchanged.

Those headers are part of the ON consolidation.  You can compile them
inside an ON tree (downloaded from opensolaris.org), or grab just the
necessary header files from that site and hope for the best.

As it's not a stable or public interface, things built using those
bits outside of the ON consolidation may not necessarily be
functional.
