That won't help.  I was mentioning /8 because it's possible you
(mis)configured it that way already.

Not sure either - but iprb for sure should work in a non-global zone.

As Jim pointed out -- if creating a unique-instance zone with iprb in Indiana
doesn't work, then it's a bug, and should be reported.
