also for me this work around works, but only for non vlan traffic :-(

because the fix is bypassing the softmac kernel module, vlan interfaces on top 
of bcme will not work untill the bug is fixed (see mail below from Sebastien 
Roy)

in fact this problem is a little bit funny, we (my company and I) are located 
in Belgium, our capital is Brussels, and what is causing this problem, yes 
right it's  project Brussels :-)
