I think that's something that the driver folks claim was fixed in
build 91 (CR 6687947; 6664330 was the original report of it, closed as
a duplicate).

(For what it's worth, it was a driver issue, not a networking one.)

I'd file a bug and include the "fmadm faulty" output, the contents of
the ereports themselves, and any log messages that may have been
produced.  This sounds like at least a P2 bug to me.
