Yeah routing is enabled.Sorry for the late reply. Anyhow i solved the above mentioned problem.I can ping to both networks now. What i did was , ifconfig vfe0 router and ifconfig vfe1 router
on the solaris system. Another problem comes now, i have another (third) interface gani0 on the solaris box with ipadress (static public) 123.12.34.25 through which the system is conected to the external world (internet). My current requirement is to ssh or ping from any of the system from both LANs to an external public ip or hostname.
