That's a really good question. As recently as a few weeks ago, I thought that someone was going to integrate such a fix to bridge the gap between now and when NWAM Phase 1 delivers. I think the RE decided that Phase 1 was close enough that he didn't want to pursue it. That said, I can sponsor this change for you if you'd like... Do you know if the current NWAM daemon has any adverse side-effects to these link classes being brought online? Does it try and configure IP interfaces on them before your zones boot?
