Oracle team told us they are having problem starting their application and upon 
asking them the reaosn it fails they showd me the traceroute and said their 2 
instances are bound on 2 logical interfaces and which fails as it does not use 
the respective virtual interface .. And if i disable the IPMP and they try to 
start the application it works so thats a problem for me :-)  But if you feel 
its not a problem then we can close this thread.
