They're installed into /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts (ifup-ipv6, ifdown-ipv6, and network-functions-ipv6). I'm not aware of an exploded RCS tree or anything for them, but you could unpack the 'initscripts' Fedora RPM with rpm2cpio if you like.
