You have to install the following packages:
(or the equivalents that you have find in your cd RPMS directory)
the headers should be already installed, you should need only the source
package.
install it with rpm -i package.rpm
kernel-headers-2.0.36-3.i386.rpm
kernel-source-2.0.36-3.i386.rpm
