I had a similar problem. In fact Mandrake didn't see the correct tree until
i changed the name of RPMS directory with mv .
Try this:
-copy mv in the RedHat directory
-start installation
-when you have the problem hit ALT+F2. Now you are in an other terminal
-mount hd where installation tree is
-mv RPMS ABCD (probably RPMS directory is not correct) and then mv ABCD RPMS

I don't know if you have the same problem i had, but i suppose this is the
only one problem.

I don't remember where I read about this solution. If i will find the html
page i saved, I'll post it.
