My ISP does not give the DNS.

In Win98's TCP/IP setting, for example, IP address and nameserver addresses
are set to "Server Assigned" in order to connect to my ISP. Ping'ing the
204.71.200.75  address produced results, but ping'ing
http://www.netscape.com produced the message Unknown host www.netscape.com

SO what am I suppose to do now?
