Yes. (At least you can read CDs from any IDE DVD drive, haven't tried
reading actual DVDs. They aren't available around here.)

Do you know which chipset it's based on? Turtle Beach Classic, Tahiti,
Monterey, Pinnacle and Fiji are supported; it's not entirely unlikely one
of these drivers will work on the Montego, as well.
