Sorry! That last reply was only about the two numbers after "defaults". I'm not sure exactly what the defaults are but I know that you can specify how you want the device to be mounted. For example the line for my floppy drive is this: /dev/fd0 /mnt/floppy auto sync,user,noauto,nosuid,nodev,unhide 0 0 Notice instead of "defaults" it says, "sync,user,noauto,nosuid,nodev, unhide". You can read the "mount" man page for information on what these mean.
