Linux / XFree86 Developments
While ATI does not develop Linux or XFree86 drivers for its graphics cards
in house, we actively support 3rd party developers that provide driver
support for the majority of ATI products.

ATI Technologies Inc. is pleased to announce the following developments in
Linux support.

Software that provides the basic functionality for the ATI TV Tuner products
is now available to end users, from
http://www.core.binghamton.edu/~insomnia/gatos/.
ATI has the necessary hardware and programming information for Rage 128 TV
Tuner software development.
Drivers for the Rage LT Pro are currently in development by the XFree86
Project. ATI provided the necessary hardware and programming information to
the XFree86 Project in order to expedite this project.
The Rage 128 2D driver is being developed by the XFree86 Project.
If you wish to assist in developing drivers for ATI products, join the
XFree86 Project as a Developer (information provided at
http://www.xfree86.org).

ATI Developer Relations is not responsible for the contents of any third
party web sites, or the software you might find there.
