did u load the driver module?
alias eth0 ne2000 in conf.modules
then do a modprobe ne2000

Subject: [newbie] Networkd Card Probs.
I wrote a message to the list a while back about my D-Link DE-220PCT not
working but someone said it would work as a NE2000 and compatible card. I
typed in my IRQ and IO in the specific options under that and it didn't
work. Is there any miscellaneous options that I should've wrote in? If so,
and you know what they are.. please reply! I would LOVE to get Linux working
on my computer!!!
