yes..

you need to open a console, go to /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts

then use your fav editor, (mine is mcedit) to edit the file ifcfg-eth0 (or
eth1 depending on how many network cards you have.)

change the IP in there, (its obvious) and when your finished, save the file
and exit your editor.

then at the console prompt type:

service network restart

you now have your new IP active.
