I am not sure how this got setup on your system (maybe
old settings in .mozilla directory? ). Anyhow, you can
go to
Netscape->Edit->Preferences->Privacy&Security->Certificates
Here choose the Manage Security Devices. Try playing
with the settings for the Software Security Device
here.
