I'm trying to compile chkrootkit and am getting the fallowing. [root@diablo chkrootkit-0.38]# make sense gcc -static -o strings strings.c /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lc collect2: ld returned 1 exit status make: *** [strings] Error 1
I don't see any reference to ld or -lc in the make file. Any suggestions? Dan Cox
