You can open up /etc/lilo.conf in a text editor, remove the lines for the Windows boot and re-run lilo - then reboot - here's an example: prompt timeout=50 default=Linux boot=/dev/hda map=/boot/map install=/boot/boot.b message=/boot/message vga=1 lba32 image=/boot/vmlinuz-2.4.18-3 label=Linux initrd=/boot/initrd-2.4.18-3.img read-only root=/dev/hda5 append="hdd=ide-scsi idebus=133" other=/dev/hda1 optional label=Windows ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ The section starting with "other" would be the one that you'd want to delete - don't delete the linux one! By re-running lilo, you write this information to the boot map - so after you've modified the file and ran lilo, on your bootup, you won't see ANY Microsloth at all!
