two questions
When I play a cd through my computer, I am having to have the volume from the player and on the speakers on full to hear anything, and even then it is not very loud. How can I change this?
Second, when I install a program I lose it. For example, having installed Opera, I cannot find where it is to open it, how do I get an icon on the desktop or in the menu so that I can use the program
