If you are running the Mandrake 2.4.19-24 kernel, you have to install the 
sources with the kernel-sources rpm provided by Mandrake.  You problem sounds 
like you are trying to build the module against sources that don't match your 
running kernel.

The reason this makes a difference is all the custimization and patching 
mandrake does to it's kernel.
