i also noticed that kde (i guess) replaces my own menu structure (defined in ~/.kde) with the system one (/usr/share/applnk-mdk) when i remove package with rpmdrake-remove. i will check out whether permissions-change solves this problem too.

I've seen that happen a lot of times. Make your icon items the way you like them, and make them read-only. (Remove your write permission)
