I shut down the system normally yesterday. Today, when I tried to boot up using the smp kernel (default), it got all the way through but hung on configuring Linuxconf. Tried rebooting, same results. So then I rebooted into the non-SMP kernel, which went fine. Then I rebooted back to the SMP kernel, and now everything is okay. Weird, and will probably (hopefully?) never happen again. -- Guy Rouillier <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
