Thanks > > Anne Highlighting the message and then hitting delete key sends the message to the trash bin. It can still be retrieved. If you hit the X tab on the tool bar it deletes instantly and not sent to the trash. Hope that clears up a bit. It is kind of handy to be able to delete instantly.
