Here's how I did it:

* Created three distinct directories under /usr/src/
        (/usr/src/mdk91_cd1, /usr/src/mdk91_cd1 etc...)

* Copy the contents of the respective CD's to those directories
* Remove the original installation CD paths from the Software Sources
Manager

* Create three new entries for the installation media and label them as
such.

Voila! Done! That's it!
