it's a k6-3 700mhz, had 256mb, now has 512mb. i believe i've run 3d, i may try 2d and see if that helps. i also moved the video from 24- to 16bits (nvidia geforce 2 w/64mb + the new drivers). that seems to have helped some, but this system has always had one problem or another.
