I clearly have gtk because > all the other things that need it run... > This won't help you one bit but I had the same problem with GTK 2 on Mandrake, now I am running FreeBSD on my box here at work and I have not had the same problem. I have some other problems with libintl.h from Gettext instead but then again I can use the clever portssystem on FreeBSD and it runs smoothly. On a completly unrelated note I can say that XFCE 4 is awsome. Cheers Anders
