You should be able to get away with this situation - I did something
similar to this just a few ago...(I'm not a Stinkpad fan, but at least
they're durable boxen)...the trick would be, however, to do the Windows
crap first and foremost - then once that's all happy-dappy, attack the
linux installation/upgrade (don't format the /home partition)
