Hmmm... Don't know why you had to hit esc 2X. You should also be able to hold down alt instead of esc: alt ! (don't forget that ! is shift-1, not just 1). As for 102 possibilities, whew! Maybe you have a lot more pk's installed than i do? In which case you hafta know another letter of the thing you are looking up...
