I'm running 9.1 and have been trying to figure out how to burn DVD's (I have a Sony DRU500A). Eveything I've read says that xcdroast is the best program to burn DVDs with. I installed it and ran it as root the first time (as you must) and it caused a hard reboot. Tried it again. Same result. Reinstalled 9.1. Same result. I searched the log files and could find no clues. Does anyone have any ideas? BTW I can burn CD's no problem with Gtoaster, Gcombust, Eroaster and most of the others. I just can't figure out how to burn DVDs.
